Meet Our Direct Care Staff
In 1995 Haven Care established six licensed residential care homes for Seniors and those struggling with Alzheimer’s and Dementia. We are not an institution, but rather independently owned and operated. Care is personalized to the needs of our individual residents and it is our mission to provide quality, compassionate and tender care to seniors and those living with memory loss. We’ve been the best at Residential Care for a quarter of a century and we have our Caregivers to thank. Our Direct Care staff is the backbone of our company.
Each Haven Care home has an assigned House Manager that creates a kind and compassionate living environment for our resident’s, and meticulously maintains their assigned home. Our House Managers are diligent leaders that inspire each of our Caregivers.
We value each person we serve at Haven Care by adhering to the structure of our mission, we show courtesy and respect to our residents through kindness and support. Our strong community avocation for people living with Dementia related diseases and our excellent staff, some of which have been with us for over a decade, have established our homes as a top choice in residential care. As we complete our 25th year, the quality of care is still our number one priority. We strive to be more than just a place to live but a home and community where our residents thrive!
